INTRODUCING LIBERTY THEME

Everyday Teacher

Brittany Roberts is a former classroom teacher, math curriculum developer, and the founder of Math With Minis. She’s on a mission to transform math from a source of anxiety, into an empowering experience for students. Specializing in resources for 3rd through 5th grade, Brittany focuses on building math fact fluency and mental math skills through the lens of financial literacy… using money as the ultimate math manipulative.

As the creator and host of the Learning to Love Math podcast, she provides a supportive space for “math-hating” teachers to find confidence through practical tips, mental math tricks, and essential pep talks. Whether she is developing curriculum for her TeachersPayTeachers store or coaching students on platforms like Outschool and Prodigy, Brittany’s goal remains the same: ensuring that the next generation of students doesn’t just pass tests, but builds a solid, stress-free foundation for their financial futures.

Beyond the classroom, Brittany leverages her digital expertise to bridge the gap between education and industry. As a freelance content creator and social media manager, she partners with leading educational brands and fellow ‘teacherpreneurs’ to amplify their impact… proving that a background in pedagogy is the ultimate tool for effective communication and community building.

THE LEARNING TO LOVE MATH PODCAST

Tune In Every Week

Hosted by Brittany Roberts, the Learning to Love Math podcast is a supportive resource designed for upper elementary teachers who want to transform math from a source of stress into a classroom highlight. Each episode is “jam-packed” with practical teaching tips, mental math tricks, and essential pep talks specifically for educators who may feel intimidated by the subject or are searching for ways to make it more engaging for their students. For newer teachers, this podcast is an invaluable companion; it offers a safe space to move past “secretly Googling how to teach math” and provides the actionable strategies and confidence needed to build a strong mathematical foundation in the classroom, while keeping the experience fun for both the teacher and the students.
